摘要：最近看了很多声称可以解决打过震荡波补丁之后oracle不能正常启动的问题的贴子，一一尝试，最后都是以失败告终，于是我自己动手，把一些oracle命令组合起来做了一个批处理，放在启动组里面，解决了这个问题。下面详细介绍一下制作过程：
